Short description

 Our club seeks to institute, sponsor, establish, organize, operate, foster and promote education programs in the field of aviculture, including, but not limited to the breeding, care and needs of different avian species in the natural environment and in the domestic environment, assessment and treatment of medical conditions of avian species, protection of endangered avian species, acquisition of domestically bred birds,avian behavioral problems, and any other topic related to the advancement of aviculture through education; however no part of the assets or income of the Society shall inure to the benefit of any private member of the Society or other individual and providing further that the Society shall not engage in, nor shall any of the funds or property be used to carry on propaganda or otherwise attempt to influence legislation or participate in or intervene in any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office.
