Treasurers Report

Lisa Murphy gave a full report on finances which let to a general discussion as to where NFSS needed to be to cover the costs of the Magazines that were due and also to pay for the band order. Lisa will have the full report online as the meeting continues online.

Judges Panel Report

Cecil Gunby reported that two members (Ken Gunby and Alfredo Brugueras) were taking the judges exam at the National. It was also stated that 4 of the judges were so far outstanding on their dues for the year.

Journal

Harry Bryant gave a report on the journal saying it was almost back on schedule and that he and Sally were to visit the printers the following day,  Saturday 18th and also that he only had a couple of articles left and needed more articles to fill in the next magazine. There was also a discussion on the advertisements in the magazine and the need for somebody to oversee this. Gail Benson volunteered to take over this. 

Band Report

Paula reported (via phone) that the first band order was in and ready to be sent out the last week of December and that a second order was in the works she also stated that we have some 06 bands left over.  It was decided to sell these remaining bands off at a reduced price of $1.50 per string of 10.  It was also decided to increase the 2007 band prices to cover shipping increases.

Finch Shop

It was decide to hold off on any decisions about Finch shop until the new year when money becomes more readily available due to several invoices due to be paid for the bands and magazines that were due.

The meeting finished off with a general discussion as to the overall heath of NFSS and what the officers can do to improve NFSS.  The meeting ended at 9.07 p.m.
