The BOD meeting at NCBS was held over dinner on Thursday Nov 17 at 6:30 PM.

Present: Sally Huntington, Vince Huntington, Shelley Ortman, Gary Kavafes, Martha Wigmore, Patrick Vance, Laura Bewely, Brenda Josselet,

Election results were announced at the meeting. Discussions included ways to increase membership and letter by Larry Baum regarding the NFSS privacy policy and contact information of membership. 7 motions were made and discussed. Martha Wigmore reported the audit for 2004 will be completed by end of the year.
